These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Notlio, including the website, landing pages, web application, APIs, and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

Notlio provides tools for creating and managing market-related alerts.
The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

4.1 No guarantee of correctness

Information, data, and alerts may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, stale, or unavailable.
We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, or fitness for your purpose.

4.2 No guarantee of alert arrival

Alert delivery is not guaranteed. Alerts may be delayed, filtered, blocked, not delivered, or delivered late due to factors including third-party providers, network conditions, device settings, going to the spam folder, and service failures.

4.3 No guarantee of service availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, uptime, performance, or availability.
The Service may be unavailable, degraded, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

4.4 Not investment, legal, or financial advice

The Service and any alerts or content are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and for independently verifying any information before acting.

5. User obligations and acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • use bots, scraping, or automation in ways that violate these Terms;
  • upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content;
  • use the Service unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

6. Plans, billing, and payments

If paid plans are offered:

  • prices, features, and limits are shown in the Service and may change;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled;
  • you are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise;

    • the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
    • GBP 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JMC Tech Ventures LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your misuse of the Service;
  • your breach of these Terms; or
  • your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

15. General

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
  • We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
