Notlio Billing Policy

This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Notlio.
This policy forms part of the Notlio Terms of Service.
1. Plans and pricing
- Notlio may offer free and paid plans.
- Current plan features, limits, and prices are shown in the product and/or on our pricing pages.
- Prices are shown in the stated currency and may be updated from time to time.
2. Subscription billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly), unless stated otherwise.
- By starting a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges using your selected payment method.
- If your payment method fails, we may retry charges and/or suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
3. Auto-renewal
Unless cancelled, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
4. Plan changes
- Upgrades may take effect immediately, and charges may be prorated where applicable.
- Downgrades or cancellations may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your billing flow.
- Plan change behavior may depend on payment provider capabilities.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription through the account billing controls (or other method we provide).
After cancellation, your paid access usually continues until the end of the current paid period.
6. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once charged.
Where a refund is legally required or expressly approved by Notlio, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
7. Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on Notlio's income.
8. Third-party payment processors
Payments may be handled by third-party processors (for example, Stripe).
Use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Notlio is not responsible for outages or processing failures of third-party payment systems.
9. Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@notlio.com promptly with relevant details.
Raising concerns early helps us investigate and resolve issues quickly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Billing Policy from time to time.
Updated versions take effect on the stated effective date.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
